For us to process your personal data, we must have a legal basis for each processing. In our operations, we primarily process your personal data on the following bases:
- Consent: Pro Clippers processes your personal data after we have received your consent to the processing. Information about the processing is always provided in connection with the request for consent.
- Contract: The processing is necessary for us to fulfill obligations under a contract between us or in preparation for entering into a contract with the Data Subject.

- Legal Obligation: We are obligated by applicable laws and regulations to process personal data as a result of our business activities.
If you would like more detailed information regarding which legal basis or bases we use to process your personal data, you always have the right to request a copy of our records. See “How You Can Exercise Your Rights” below for more information.
Your Rights
You are in control of your personal data. We always strive to ensure that you can exercise your rights as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
- Access: You always have the right to obtain information about the personal data processing concerning you through a data subject access request. The access request will include, among other things, what personal data we have stored about you, as well as the purposes and the legal basis for the processing. We will only release information once we have verified that the request is coming from you.
- Rectification: If you discover that the personal data we process about you is incorrect, please contact us so we can correct it.
- Erasure: Do you want us to completely forget you? You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. If we are obliged to retain your data under law or a contract we have entered into with you, we will ensure that the data is only processed for the specific purpose stated by law or the contract. Thereafter, we will ensure that the data is deleted as soon as possible.
- Objection: If you disagree with our assessment that our interest in processing your personal data outweighs your interest in protecting your privacy, we will review our legitimate interest assessment to ensure it remains justified. If you object to direct marketing, we will remove your personal data immediately without reconsidering our assessment.
- Restriction: You may also ask us to restrict our processing of your data:
- While we handle a request from you regarding any of your other rights.
- If you, instead of requesting deletion, want us to mark that the data should not be processed for a specific purpose. For example, if you do not wish to receive future advertising, we still need to retain your name so that we know not to contact you.
- In cases where we no longer need the data for the purpose for which it was collected, provided you do not have an interest in us retaining the data in order to assert a legal claim.
- Data Portability: We can provide you with the data you have submitted to us or that we have obtained from you in connection with entering into a contract. You will receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format, which you can then transfer to another Data Controller.
- Withdrawal of Consent: If you have consented to one or more specific processing activities of your personal data, you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent and thereby request that we immediately cease processing your data. Please note that you can only withdraw your consent for future processing and not for any processing that has already taken place.
